Economics professor recognized for best undergraduate teaching
Tomasz Sadzik, assistant professor of economics at UCLA, has won the Scoville Award for best undergraduate teaching in spring 2018 for his class Economics 106G on game theory.
Game theory provides a set of tools to study the interaction of multiple strategic agents. It can be used to analyze situations in which the objective of one agent depends not only on its own actions but also on the actions of other agents. These situations are prominent in business and economics.
This is Sadzik’s second time winning this award.
